*CranioSacral Therapy: A light-touch, whole-body technique that works with the craniosacral system to support and nourish the central nervous system - improving overall health and well - being. It helps to alleviate aches and pains, improves coping mechanisms to allow for better management of stress. It can improve the body's ability to self-care and can produce profound, positive changes.

*Integrative Technique ( MY SPECIALTY!) : This is currently my particular "style" of bodywork to support your body in what it needs to heal. It may include elements of the following: Deep tissue, Sports massage, Trigger point therapy, Thai Massage, Active Isolated Stretching, Myofascial Release, warm stones or towels and essential oils. Experience release of muscle tension and deep, blissful relaxation! I will focus on areas that are in need of special attention to relieve pain and help you feel your best!
